Debasoft STR is an environment friendly and solvent free, highly strong degreasing agent for the production fur, double face and sheep nappa with high natural fat content. Debasoft STR by its design disposes excellent wetting and dispersing power and yields impressive cleaning and degreasing effect. As such it can easily be used in soaking, liming, deliming and bating. In double face and fur production, the use of Debasoft STR greatly reduces the felting of the wools.

Application recipes
Defetcal DK-29 NEW can be used alone or combined with other deliming agents on split or unsplit pelts. It may be added to the drum either diluted or in powder form. The processing time is dependent upon the type and thickness of pelts and the quality requested. We recommend Defetcal Dk-29 NEW addition prior to any ammonium sulphate addition if the later is being used.

Application recipes
For hides and skins:
In soaking : 0,4 – 0,5 % based on raw salted weight
In liming : 0,4 – 0,8 % based on raw salted weight
In deliming : 0,5 % based on fleshed weight
For skins:
In degreasing of raw skins:4,0 % based on fleshed weight
In degreasing of pickled skins : 5,0 % based on pickled weight
For fur and double face skins:
In washing : 0,5 – 1,0 g/l based on 20 lt/kg skin (paddle application)
For fur and double face degreasing:
During depickling : 1,0 – 3,0 g/l
During degreasing : 5,0 – 7,0 g/l
During rinsing : 1,0 g/l
Remarks
The product may separate under extreme cold or warm storage conditions. Before use, mix by stirring, pump circulation or any other suitable method at 15 – 25°C.
