Nitrogen free, sulphate free, phthalic acid free, boric acid free an excellent deliming agent. Its use accelerates the deliming process and prevents process stains.

Defetcal BS has a very wide range of applications and it does not contain any nitrogen, sulphate, boric acid nor any phthalic acid. Its use will decrease COD of the effluent water.

By a rapid and uniform thorough deliming Defetcal BS removes lime blasts and chemically bound lime without causing any damage to the grain. Smooth and finely grained pelts with very good dyeing properties are obtained.

Defetcal BS improves the effect of successive bating operations.

Thanks to its cleansing power resulting pelts are much cleaner and dispose exceptionally good dyeing properties

Application recipes

Defetcal BS can be used alone or combined with other deliming agents on split or unsplit pelts. The processing time is dependent upon the type and thickness of pelts and the quality requested.

When combined with other deliming agents 0,5-1,0% Defetcal BS

Remarks
We do not recommend deliming above 40℃.
