Debazym SCR has a very wide range of applications in the liming of all types of hides and skins from fresh salted to dry. The product has outstanding unhairing effect and significantly increases the surface area yield. Soft, airy and light leathers with improved quality and higher surface area are obtained through a more environment friendly process.
Debazym SCR removes the non-fibrous proteins such as albumins and globulins as well as interfibrillary mucopolysaccharides and cleans other dirts of animal origin such as excrement.
The addition of Debazym SCR to liming baths leads to more relaxed fiber structure, brighter and cleaner grain. It also reduces growth and mottle. Debazym SCR accelerates the depilation process and increases the grain resistance by reducing substantially the need for sulphides. Hair can be recovered.
Use of this product leads to a marked reduction in processing time and a very significant increase in area yield.
Debazym SCR is completely compatible with other liming auxiliaries.
Application recipes
For cleaning hair roots, in liming of hides:
Ex: In 80 % Water; 0,80 % NaHS and 0,80% Na2S and 0,80 % Debazym SCR
In hair save liming of hides without any Na2S addition:
In 80 % Water; 0,80 % NaHS & 0,80 % Debazym SCR
In hair save liming of small skins without any Na2S addition:
In 160 % Water; 1,6 % NaHS & 1,60 % Debazym SCR
