Debazym KLB has a very wide range of applications for processing all types of hides and skins from fresh salted to dry.

Debazym KLB removes the non-fibrous proteins such as albumins and globulins as well as interfibrillary mucopolysaccharides and cleans other dirt of animal origin such as excrement. The result is exceptionally well soaked hides and skins: more relaxed and well opened fiber structure with brighter and cleaner grains. Soft, airy and light leathers with improved quality and higher surface area are obtained through a more environment friendly process.

Debazym KLB is completely compatible with other soaking and liming auxiliaries.

Application recipes

Before soaking, we recommend preliminary washing of the skins and hides with a proper detergent product.
For short (6 hours soaking): 0,4 – 0,6 %
For overnight soaking: 0,2 – 0,3 %

Remarks
Debazym KLB is added without dissolving directly to the drum. We suggest Emdirenal PHR for pH adjusting. If soaking lasts longer than 6 hours, we advise addition of a bactericide. We strongly recommend its combined use with Debazym LP NEW.
