Debazym FTR when added to the liming baths performs two distinct functions simultaneously.

First with its high dispersing power it keeps the lime suspended in the liming bath and allows the liquid to penetrate in a more uniform and rapid action thus speeding up and intensifying the liming process.

Second it effectively hydrolyses the natural fat of the hides and skins and imparts outstanding cleanness to hides and skins.

After the addition of Debazym FTR to the liming process, pelts show more brilliancy and they are much cleaner. Subsequent mechanical operations are performed more effectively and most of the problems encountered during fleshing and lime splitting are resolved.

The highly effective performance of Debazym FTR results in cleaner and smoother grain, low fogging value, and high tear and tensile strength in the final leather. Much better dye uptake and dye wash fastness values are attained.

Application recipes
Debazym FTR is highly recommended in all liming processes to reduce BOD and COD effectively. Its combined use with Debazym SCR allows substantial reduction in sulphide use.

Liming of raw hides and skins: 0,1 – 0,3 %

Packaging
120 kg in polypropylene drums or 1000 kg in IBC.
