Debasoft A5 with its high cleaning and degreasing power, is an excellent and highly effective wetting agent to be used in soaking of all types of hides and skins from fresh salted to dry.
Debasoft A5 with its exceptional wetting, emulsifying, washing and cleaning performance shows substantial high fat uptake capacity and its excellent dispersion power imparts outstanding cleanness to hides and skins.
In double-face production Debasoft A5 greatly enhances the cleanliness and the brilliance of the wool. Debasoft A5 has a very good solubility and high dirt removal performance even at very low temperatures.
Debasoft A5 has outstanding enzyme compatibility. As such we strongly recommend its combined use with enzymatic soaking auxiliaries.
Application recipes
Soaking and wetting of raw hides and skins: 0,2 – 1,0 %
In liming, to keep the lime suspended and prevent lime blasts and spots : 10,0 % of the total lime offer.
In deliming, to clean the lime blasts and spots : 0,2 – 0,5 % in the washings
Remarks
No special measures necessary.
