Debasoft A1 is an excellent and highly effective wetting agent to be used in soaking of all types of hides and skins from fresh salted to dry, thanks to its high cleaning and wetting power.

Debasoft A1 with its optimum foaming, wetting, emulsifying, washing and cleaning performance shows substantial high fat uptake capacity, and its characteristic flash foam imparts outstanding cleanness to hides and skins.

Debasoft A1 enhances the penetration of the chemicals used in the beamhouse operations.

Debasoft A1 has outstanding enzyme compatibility. As such we strongly recommend its combined use with enzymatic soaking auxiliaries.

Debasoft A1 is the most effective rewetting agent for dried out wet blue.

Debasoft A1 has a positive and synergistic effect when combined also with other anionic, nonionic and amphoteric surfactants..

Application recipes
Soaking and wetting of raw hides and skins: 0,2 – 0,8 %
Soaking of air dried skins: 0,5 – 1,0 %
Rewetting of wetblue: 0,3 – 0,6 %
Rewetting of partly dried wetblue for car upholstery: 0,6 %.

Remarks
The product may separate under extreme cold or warm storing conditions. When frozen, the product is fully effective after thawing. Before use, mix by any other suitable method at 10 – 30°C.

Packaging
120 kg in polyethylene drums or 1000 kg in IBC.
