Debasoft CWR is a very effective scouring and dispersing agent for the production fur, double face and hair on skins.
Debasoft CWR by its design disposes excellent wetting and dispersing power thus yields impressive cleaning effect even at low temperatures. All dirt particles are easily dispersed and washed away.
Debasoft CWR can easily be used in soaking, washing and degreasing of fur, double face and hair on skins. Its outstanding cleaning action is associated with an effective defelting action.
For wool reserve dyeings of double face and fur, the use of Debasoft CWR greatly enhances the cleananing of the wool and improves whiteness.
Application recipes
In soaking:
1,0 – 2,0 g/l DEBASOFT CWR together with 1,0 – 2,0 g/l DEBASOFT SRW
In wool reserve dyeing:
1,0 – 2,0 g/l DEBASOFT CWR before dyes offer
1,0 – 2,0 g/l DEBASOFT CWR after fixation of dyes in a new float with acid.
Remarks
Before use, mix by stirring, pump circulation or any other suitable method below 15°C / -25°C.
