Enzymatic soaking and liming auxiliary with exceptional rehydrating and outstanding wrinkle reducing effect, based on especially selected synthetic microbial proteases. Its use is strongly recommended to increase final leather surface area.

Debazym DK-03 has a very wide range of applications in the soaking and liming of all types of hides and skins from fresh salted ones to dry ones. The product has outstanding rehydrating effect and significantly increases the surface area yield. Soft, airy and light leathers with improved quality and higher surface area are obtained by a more environment friendly process.

When added to soaking baths Debazym DK-03 ensures better rehydration, speeds up and intensifies the soaking. Debazym DK-03 removes the nonfibrous proteins such as albumins and globulins as well as interfibrillary mucopolysaccharides and cleans other dirts of animal origin such as animal excrements.

The addition of Debazym DK-03 to soaking baths leads to more relaxed fiber structure, brighter and cleaner grain. It also reduces growth and mottle. Debazym DK-03 accelerates the depilation process and increases the grain resistance. Hair can be recovered. By the use of this product a remarkable reduction in processing time and a very significant increase in area yield is observed as well.

Debazym DK-03 is completely compatible with other soaking and liming auxiliaries.

Application recipes
Before soaking, preliminary washing of the skins and hides with a proper detergent product is advised.
In soaking floats : 0,1 – 0,5 %
In liming floats : 0,1 – 0,5 %

Remarks
We recommend combined use with Emdirenal PHR.
We strongly recommend its combined use with Debazym LP NEW.
