Debasoft CCA is an excellent and highly effective cationic degreasing product with high emulsifying power for natural fat.

Debasoft CCA with its optimum foaming, wetting, emulsifying, washing and cleaning performance shows substantially high fat uptake capacity and its characteristic flash foam imparts outstanding cleanness to hides and skins.

Application recipes
In soaking floats : 0,5 %
In liming floats : 1,0 %
For degreasing during bating and liming : 0,6 – 6,0 %
For degreasing in pickling : 0,7 – 7,0 %
Rewetting of wetblue : 0,5 – 3,0 %

Remarks
The product may separate under extreme cold or warm storage conditions. Before use, mix by stirring, pump circulation or any other suitable method at 15 – 25°C.

Packaging
120 kg in polyethylene drums.
