In December 2016, Debağ Kimya successfully went trough the re-certification ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 for the coming 3 years.
The Audit, over 2 days was performed by AJATURK (AJA 9000 BELGELENDİRME LTD. ŞTİ.) (Anglo Japanese American Registars Turkey ) to renew the conformity of management systems with regards to quality, environment as well as the improvements made since the last audit.
The responsibilities of the DEBAĞ KİMYA production site in Kocaeli Gebze are the manufacture of leather chemicals auxilaries (Beamhouse and Wet-end Chemicals ) with a capacity of some 3060 tonnes/year, Debağ Kimya Free Zone Branch production site in Tuzla Istanbul Endustry and Commerce Free Zone with a capacity of some 2448 tonnes/ year, the logistical platform, the research and develepment centre, as well as the leather application centre.
Over many years, Debağ Kimya is continuously improving its management systems, concentrating on the following priorities:
Ensure the customer satisfaction and to guarantee the quality of the products and the service; 2016 Customer Satisfaction results was % 96,57.
Respect the legal aspects with regards to environment, health and safety at the daily work; At 2016 Ministry of Labor and Social Security audit successfully passed.
Continuously improve the safety and the conditions of employment of the employees; our “Health & Safety Management System” was independently audited and awarded with the prestigious ISO 18001:2007 certification.
İmprove qualifications of its employee with education activities (legal and improvement educations); 2016 Education activities were 324 hours (%51 legal educations, % 49 improvement educations)
To provide a measurable continuous development about the environment in every possible field; 2016 Consumation of total electricity decreased % 7,8 per year.
