Application recipes
For hides and skins:
In soaking : 0,5 – 1,0 % based on raw salted weight
In liming : 0,5 – 1,0 % based on raw salted weight
In deliming : 0,5 – 0,8 % based on fleshed weight
For skins:
In degreasing of raw skins:4,0 – 7,0 % based on fleshed weight
In degreasing of pickled skins : 5,0 – 8,0 % based on pickled weight
For fur and double face skins:
In washing : 1,0 g/l based on 20 lt/kg skin (paddle application)
For fur and double face degreasing:
During depickling : 1,0 – 3,0 g/l
During degreasing : 5,0 – 7,0 g/l
During rinsing : 1,0 g/l
Remarks
Before use, mix by stirring, pump circulation or any other suitable method below 15°C / -25°C.

Debasoft TRZ thanks to its hydotrope and dispersing power opens up the fiber structure, degreases and cleans. It can effectively be used in soaking, liming, deliming, bating and degreasing.
