Solubility Gives clear solutions up to 60°C, can also be added undiluted to the float

Application recipes
Highly recommended for all soaking, degreasing and washing floats.
Soaking: 0,5 – 2,0 g/l

Fur skins processes:
Wool washing (1:20): 1,0 – 2,0 g/l
Degreasing in depickling float: (1:5-8): 1,0 – 3,0 g/l
Degreasing: 5,0 – 7,0 g/

Remarks
The product may separate under extreme cold or warm storage conditions. Before use, mix by stirring, pump circulation or any other suitable method at 15 – 25°C

Debasoft NDLD is an excellent and highly effective solvent free, neutral smelling degreasing system which gives a natural fat emulsion in the effluent which is biologically acceptable. The product has high emulsifying capacity for natural fat.

Debasoft NDLD with its optimum foaming, wetting, emulsifying, washing and cleaning performance shows substantially high fat uptake capacity and its characteristic flash foam imparts outstanding cleanness to hides and skins.

Debasoft NDLD has outstanding enzyme compatibility. As such we strongly recommend its combined use with enzymatic auxiliaries.

Debasoft NDLD has a positive and synergistic effect when combined also with other anionic, nonionic and amphoteric surfactants.

Debasoft NDLD works perfectly even at low temperatures and does not necessitates high alkali conditions.
