Remarks
The well-stirred fat mixture should be added to 3 times the quantity of water at 60°C.
The product may separate under extreme cold or warm storage conditions.
Before use, mix by stirring, pump circulation or any other suitable method at 15°C / -25°C.

DEBASOFT MX5 has been developed for use either as a single fatliquor or in combination with all anionic fatliquors from the DEBASOFT range.
DEBASOFT MX5 imparts to the leather:
• Very good penetration with very good through fatliquoring in a pH range from 4,2 to 6,5
• Good softness, fluffy handle, lightweight, with slight filling effect
• Uniform dye shades with little bleaching effect
• Suitable for use in white and pastel colored leathers
• Characteristic clean / fresh odor
• Tensile strength improvements
DEBASOFT MX5 can be used during pickle and chrome tanning, it has a dispersing effect on natural fat. This leads to a fine and even distribution of fat through the skin and gives an increased softness and a noticeable improvement in tear strength and tear resistance. The leather is easier to samm and shave and the levelness of dyeing is improved.
