As it is generally recognized among tanners much of the quality and texture of the finished leather is determined by practices followed in the beamhouse. This idea is the basis of our beamhouse processing technology which relies on the innovative design criteria of our products:
• to preserve the grain structure and improve its elasticity and softness
• to open the leather fiber structure and eliminate wrinkles
• to maintain the substance in belly and flank areas and provide uniform thickness
• to improve exhausting and fixation of tanning agents to increase softness and fullness
• to increase the yield minimum by 3-5%
• to allow a great variety of leather articles from garment leathers to heavy weight boot leathers and from corrected grain to aniline type leathers.

Defetcal BS
Nitrogen free, sulphate free, phthalic acid free, boric acid free an excellent deliming agent. Its use accelerates the deliming process and prevents process stain.

Defetcal DK-29 New
Deliming agent and pickling acid with special features based on aliphatic dicarboxylic acids and non swelling inorganic and aromatic acid salts. Its use in deliming accelerates the process and improves grain strength, when used in pickling it enhances the chrome uptake.

Defetcal SN
Nitrogen free and excellent deliming agent. Its use limits hydrogen sulphide liberation and accelerates the deliming process.

Emdirenal ANP
Anionic neutral polyphosphates.

Emdirenal OBL
Very effective liming auxiliary with high wetting, dispersing and wrinkle reducing power. Opens up the leather structure to allow other liming auxiliaries to penetrate easily and in a very homogeneous manner. The product does not contain any sulfur nor mercaptan and is odorless.
