Application recipes
The necessary quantity of Debasoft CLEAN S depends on raw material and process step.
In soaking 0,15 – 0,35 % Debasoft CLEAN S for better water absorption and lower COD value.
In liming 0,10 % Debasoft CLEAN S for scud free leather with lower COD value.
In lime rinse to prevent lime blast: 0,03 % Debasoft CLEAN S
In bating to reduce bating time: 0,15 % Debasoft CLEAN S
In neutralisation before retanning: 0,1% Debasoft CLEAN S, to intensify the color and shade uniformity.

Debasoft CLEAN S does not inhibit the activity of enzymatic products in the contrary it improves their effect by accelerating the soaking and improving the water absorption.
